Business Principles
All my life, I have been guided by principles. These business principles are rules I have developed over time and have worked for me.
01
PERSEVERANCE
My success story is nothing short of perseverance. My first attempt to make money was in menial activities. I saved up my daily pay to fund my musical career. I was so certain that I would make it big in music. The career ended before it even began. That would have been the end of my story, but I held on and pushed through. There’s always something greater awaiting us after every failure or disappointment. That "something" will only reveal itself on the grounds of PERSEVERANCE.There's no small win in business. A win is a win. With continuous push, the great win will come. So, KEEP AT IT.
02
GOAL IS GREATER THAN EMOTION
Emotional business leaders do not make remarkable impacts. As a leader who is also a very emotional person, I learned painfully that our goals are bigger than our emotions. Be logical and sensitive to opportunities and things that are a semblance of opportunity. There's indeed a thin line between both.
03
PLAN FOR FAILURE AND SUCCESS
In every venture, both failure and success are possibilities.
Planning for both ensures resilience in tough times and humility in good times. A successful businessperson is prepared to weather storms and celebrate victories, knowing each is a valuable lesson.
04
CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND ADAPTATION
The business world is ever-evolving, and what works today may not work tomorrow.
Continuous learning is essential to keep pace with changes, trends, and innovations.
Adaptation to new knowledge and market dynamics allows a business to stay relevant and competitive. Be a student of life and business and embrace growth.
05
INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY
In business, reputation is everything. Acting with integrity builds trust with clients, partners, and employees.
Transparency in actions, especially in difficult times, fosters a sense of reliability. A business grounded in integrity attracts loyalty and sustains long-term relationships.
